Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated August 13, 2026
This policy explains how Sukooon handles cancellations, failed service starts, duplicate payments, technical failures, and refund review for digital services.
Cancellation Before Service Starts
If a paid conversation or eligible paid service does not begin, Sukooon may review the transaction based on the service state, payment confirmation, and technical records.
Payment Successful but Service Did Not Start
- If payment is successful but the digital service does not start because of a verified technical issue, Sukooon may recredit or refund according to the actual payment and wallet flow.
- The final resolution depends on the recorded transaction state and platform review.
Duplicate Payment
Duplicate payments may be reviewed and resolved after matching transaction IDs, payment provider records, and wallet or order state.
Failed Payment
If a payment attempt fails but your bank or payment provider shows a debit, the final reversal timeline may depend on the payment provider, bank, card network, or UPI system.
Consumed Services
Conversation minutes or digital services that have already been delivered or consumed are generally not eligible for refund, except where required by law or where a verified technical failure clearly affected service delivery.
Technical Failure During Call
Genuine service disruptions may be reviewed using available technical records, session metadata, and payment data. Refund or recredit is not automatic and depends on the verified issue.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are generally processed back to the original payment method, payment provider, or wallet flow where appropriate to the product architecture.
Timeline
Refund processing time depends on the original payment method and the provider involved. After approval, the actual settlement timeline may vary according to the payment system and banking network.
