This page explains how Sukooon users and partners can request account deletion, how the request is verified, and what information may still be retained for lawful reasons.

Requesting Account Deletion

  • Use the delete-account flow in the app where available.
  • Or contact sukoooncare@gmail.com or +91 78278 07238 using the registered account details.

Verification and Review

Sukooon may ask for verification before deletion, especially where wallet balances, disputes, support issues, or payout records exist.

Data That May Be Retained

Some records may be retained where required for legal compliance, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, safety, or law-enforcement obligations.
